  1. Identification Card (NRIC) – photocopy of front & back
  2. Salary Payslip – latest 3 months
  3. Bank Account Statement – latest 3 months
  4. EPF Statement – latest
  5. Income Tax – latest form B/BE with payment receipt acknowledgement
  6. Employment Letter – if work less than a year
  7. Other Supporting Documents – if any Saving Account, Fix Deposit, Shares/Unit Trust Investment, ASB, Bonds, Tenancy Agreement (to show the availability of your emergencies fund)
  8. Property Details – booking form or receipt
  9. Seller’s Sale & Purchase Agreement & Title


for employer / business owner

  1. Identification Card (NRIC) – photocopy of front & back
  2. Business Name Card
  3. Business Registration – best if the company operated 3 years and above
  4. Company Bank Account Statement – latest 6 months
  5. Income Tax – latest 2 years form B/BE with payment receipt acknowledgement
  6. Others Supporting Documents – if any Saving Account, Fix Deposit, Shares/Unit Trust Investment, ASB, Bonds, Tenancy Agreement (to show the availability of your emergencies fund)
  7. Property Details – booking form or receipt
  8. Seller’s Sale & Purchase Agreement & Title
